Eastern Chamber organizes expanded meeting for lawyers looking to develop the profession and the challenges of the sector
The East Chamber Committee of lawyers organized on Wednesday morning, 10 December, 2014 an expanded meeting of the law firm, and was dedicated to discuss proposals for the development of the profession and discuss the challenges they face. The Chairman of the Committee lawyers Khalid Bin Abdul Latif Saleh, who chaired the meeting reminded that the Committee stood on the last preparations for this meeting at its meeting Wednesday 3 December 2014, and identified axes of meeting and discussion with the employees of the sector. On the other hand, the Committee reviewed the terms of the dialogue during the meeting between the delegation of the Committee and representatives of the Department of law of the University of Prince Mohammed, where it was agreed to prepare a memorandum of understanding between the parties,
The Committee discussed the idea of preparing a working paper on protection and development of the profession which will be submitted to the Ministry of Justice and the team led by Salman Al-Omari, Deputy Chairman of and proposals for the implementation of the system and its regulations, and the recommendation of the Committee is to organize a lecture on the provisions of the implementing regulations and its application to clarify the Executive authority is up to the judgment, the influence of the reservation procedure and implementation business.. Alsaleh said that the Commission would organize a lecture on modern management for law firms on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 by a specialist experienced in this area to discuss modern trends and techniques for managing law firms and put the experience of other countries in this area especially in the expansion of the legal sector in providing legal services to businesses with a qualitative justice specialist who created family courts, criminal and commercial traffic on King Abdullah to develop the judiciary.
